Use Rules — based on signals, trends, momentum, etc … of the market to determine your Tactical Asset Allocation.  If you are in a Pool, or copying everyone else, you might ‘blunder’ into the path of the oncoming vehicle.

Tactical Asset Allocation, en mass, can be an issue. There are a few publicly available funds that perform this method, but most often you’ll find this offering from the Advisors who serve the HNW marketplace.
