I love bullet-ed lists. Whether it be 1-2-3-4 or A-B-C-D-E. The sequencing is great for Communication and is part of the Cosmo Communication Principle (more on this later). But a partial list, ie. David Letterman’s Top 10, where only 7 items were delivered, leaves 30% of the ‘story’ untold. Keep an ear out for the ‘missing bullets’.
